Shardaja Taylor
Co-Founder & Executive Director
Shardaja Taylor is the visionary founder and owner of Taylor’d to Learning Academy, a thriving early childhood education program built on love, faith, and a passion for helping children succeed.
Her journey in child care began in 2017, when she discovered her calling in early childhood education. What started as a career quickly became a lifelong mission to provide children with a safe, nurturing, and educational environment where they could grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
In 2020, Shardaja began turning her dream into a reality. As both a devoted mother and ambitious entrepreneur, she envisioned creating more than just a daycare. She wanted to build a place where children felt loved, families felt supported, and every child received the individualized attention they deserve.
Tyana Deveaux
Co-Founder & Executive Director
Tyana Deveaux is a passionate early childhood educator, entrepreneur, and childcare leader with over 15 years of experience in the field of early childhood education. Her journey began in 2011 as a home childcare provider, driven by a vision to create nurturing environments where children could learn, grow, and thrive.
A graduate of Lincoln University, Tyana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with a minor in Child Psychology. Prior to opening her childcare programs, she worked as a youth advocate and mentor, supporting children and families through positive development and educational opportunities.
