At Learn and Grow Academy, our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where every child is encouraged to explore, discover, and thrive. Through meaningful relationships, hands-on learning experiences, and developmentally appropriate practices, we foster confidence, creativity, independence, and a lifelong love for learning.
We believe that children learn best through play, exploration, meaningful interactions, and hands-on experiences. Every single child is unique, and they deserve an environment that supports their individual strengths, interests, and learning styles. That is why our signature philosophy is “Here We Grow with a Taylor’d to Learning Experience”—because we intentionally tailor our learning experiences to meet children exactly where they are while helping them reach beautiful new milestones.

At Learn and Grow Academy, we believe that strong partnerships between families and educators are essential to a child’s success. Together, we create a supportive village where children feel loved, challenged, and inspired. To ensure a seamless, high-quality experience that helps your child truly flourish, we invite our parents to actively share in these essential responsibilities:
Maintain Strong Communication
Keep in constant touch with educators regarding your child's daily development and updates.
Act as Active Partners
Collaborate closely with educators to actively support your child’s unique learning journey and milestones.
Extend the "Love First" Environment
Mirror the academy's safe, respectful, and loving atmosphere at home to ensure consistency.
Support Hands-On Learning
Encourage curiosity, imagination, and play-based exploration outside of the classroom.
Prepare for School Readiness
Work together with teachers to help reinforce the academy's curriculum and build lifelong learning habits.
Respect Academy Hours & Policies
Ensure timely drop-offs and pick-ups within the business hours of 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
